-Diversified Company portfolio, offers protection for company success -Opportunities for career growth and to move within or between Business Units, available if you perform well in your current role
Cons
- Upper Management (Regional and Executive level) were disconnected from the site needs and realities of what their requests or expectations would require to deliver results - Lofty Goals were set with unrealistic timelines at higher levels and no budget available to accomplish them. Sounded really good, but no backing with dollars to achieve them and sites left being held accountable.
