      Pros

      Good benefits. They did a lot to protect us from Covid, including vaccinating us early.

      Cons

      Poor planning for routine tasks and projects. Overworked. Plant has serious safety issues. Basic tools are missing or broken.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
