Pros
Down-to-earth culture where the person matters more than the position title, such a diverse business means there is something new to learn all the time and there are opportunities to shift job focus and do something quite different without having to change companies. The people are great and it's a very collaborative culture. There are always opportunities for development if you step up and ask to be involved.
Cons
It's a big company with a long history and many 20+ year employees. There are some positive aspects to this, but change is slow and sometimes there are too many people happy with the status quo and without enough non-Cargill experience to know how to improve or make things different. Overall behind in technology and creating/following processes.
