Pros
None, anymore. When I started 16 yrs. ago, Cargill was a great company, with pension, bonuses, and good wages. Gradually, they have taken all these away, and cynically, replaced them with posters about "VALUING PEOPLE". I Guess, if you were a really lazy person, a pro would be that as long as you said something wonderful about the company in the presence of management every day, you could stay there a long time without doing any actual work.
Cons
Becoming increasingly autocratic by the day, no common sense when it comes to safety, wastes millions on "flavor of the month" programs like Behavioral based safety and reliability excellence, "team coaches" that are of extremely questionable value. Too much corporate Koolaid to drink, only sycophants need apply for promotions.
