      Great colleagues to work with

      Cons

      Moved to very centralized management in the past year, no freedom of speech or any sort of decision making allowed. No empowerment given to employees to actually perform their job, especially within the Digital Data and Technology function after recent leadership changes.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
