      - Poor executive leadership - Poor Hybrid/remote policy (forced RTO will always force high performers out of the company) - Lack of vision - Was promised a promotion and never received it

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
