      The company is very financially stable

      Cons

      The company unapologetically subscribes to everything wrong with corporate SA culture. If you are not of the preferred demographic, your qualifications are your own business and you will largely watch the world pass you by as promotions are reserved for cool kids only. If you are not one them, then any inconsequential admin error you make in January will be used to deny you a bonus in December and an increase for the following year. The staff turnover is ridiculously high but they do not care because profits must mean that they are doing everything right and nothing ever needs to change.

      Pros

      Has a good starting salary and they teach you the work and give you necessary study packs to help you understand the basics

      Cons

      A very toxic workplace and they have favourites. There's a lot of office gossip and people are always snitching and creating lies. They always check what you do. Even when you want to go to the bathroom they are going to count the minutes you have been gone for.

      1. favouritism 2. Toxic environment 3 3. No development whatsoever 4 5. Not sure if its the right environment if you want to continue studies 6. I guess its okay for only 12 months for experience
