The team WAS great. Good food. Fun Christmas party. Catered lunches Tuesdays and Thursdays (which may be cut now).
Cons
After boasting about their hiring BOOM in the last 2-3 months, Cargomatic underwent major management alterations and laid off over 25 employees. Barely any severance, and completely blindsided everyone. They laid off people that have been with the company since the beginning, people who have relocated to LA from different parts of the country (including people with families and children) and some of the employees at the heart of the company culture. They handled it unprofessionally and awkwardly. More so, the lay off is evident of deeper problems within the company that management has been hiding from the staff. No stability. No remorse. I wasn't laid off but I am upset about the way this went down. I'm currently looking for another job.
