      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great coworkers, I liked training and having admin responsibilities. Plus it was nice to be able to open/close the store.

      Cons

      The pay was low - as the minimum wage went up, my pay kind of evened out and new hires were making more than me.

      High turnover rate, rude customers most of the time, little room for career growth unless you're on good terms with the somewhat toxic management
