      As a first job this isn't terrible. Tips are typically pretty good.

      Cons

      Managers can be relatively stingy and can be hard to get promoted and raises, even after you've been there for 3 years. This is why I quit.

      Flexible hours, fun co-workers (most of the time)

      Cons

      High turnover rate, rude customers most of the time, little room for career growth unless you're on good terms with the somewhat toxic management
