Pros
People who perform well then will get noticed. Will help in promotions and onsite opportunities. Promotions are quicker compared to other companies.
Cons
Salary is lesser compared to other companies for same experience and designation. Hierarchy is more of a follow my orders kind of environment. Suggestions (especially from people who are lesser than leads) are not openly welcome.
