The pay is terrible ... 400-600 $ gross per month for an Engineer is a joke There are no defined work roles you might find yourself doing everything even what is even close to your job like customer support... procurement etc You are expected to work on such meagre pay but work overtime, work on holidays and weekends Expect overt racism from the chinese company owners, ie there is no department that is headed by anyone else unless the chinese. The chinese managing you may be there just to "approve" your work even though you are the one who taught them the work The company will invest zero to grow you... you will work there for 10 years and you will pick up no professional skills This is mostly a sales and marketing company if you are technical in the company your input will nevr be appreciated neither will it be acknowledged The Chinese work in their respective overseas branches especially in Africa without proper work permits so everything about their operations is dodgy from tax evasion to bribery of authorities to theft of data and intellectual property etc etc
