      Pros

      Prior to COVID this school was one of the top 10 private schools in the US. Job satisfaction and working environment were amazing.

      Cons

      Carlthorp school is struggling with COVID and finding that balance of what made them great has become a great challenge with the loss of so many key leadership people.
