      If you believe in humanity, you would stay away from this workplace and its evil people who just want to see everyone suffer.

      Cons

      The people in the leadership are the most terrible human beings who have gone from bad to worse. These awful people have spent considerable time creating an ambiance of fear. They deliberately set insane deadlines and push employees to take on awful stress. They don't care if you are exhausted. They don't care if you are near burnout.

      Pros

      Team members are nice and easy to collaborate with, which makes a huge difference when dealing with technical challenges or rolling out updates. The projects are interesting and give you plenty of chances to upgrade your skills. Communication is clear, and so are priorities and timelines. The leadership is always interested in hearing suggestions for improvement. I'm satisfied with the pay and benefits and happy to have enough flexibility to balance work and life with relative ease.
