Pros

There are some great project managers and team members that have carried the company. Whilst others just collect salaries for doing nothing. Market standard benefits package, nothing special.

Cons

Be prepared to be over worked if you have any skill set (sweat shop). The company is VERY top heavy! No room for advancement, those top heavies can't find their salaries at any other firm, given their non qualifications High turnover rate!! Like I said, good place for transition if you need something quick, not for longevity. Serious issues with finding qualified staff, I believe that to be a direct reflection of the company reputation within the industry.

Pros

No need to go above and beyond for tasks Most of the time doesn’t go beyond 40 hours

Cons

I worked at this company as an entry level project engineer and did not have a positive experience. If you are considering a role as an entry-level engineer or project engineer, I would strongly advise caution. Based on my experience and the previous reviews, the company appears to regularly hire young EITs or recent graduates for short periods (typically 6 months to a year), then let them go under the explanation that there is not enough work or that more experienced staff are needed. This happens despite them providing little to no training to develop those skills. This churn-and-burn approach appears to be driven by saving money during brief slowdowns, rather than work on investing in junior engineers. Management was consistently disrespectful toward staff. Employees are talked down to, interrupted, and discouraged from asking questions. I was yelled at for asking for help. The management feedback often leaves you feeling undermined rather than supported. I would only recommend joining this company if you are in urgent need of employment and are prepared to leave within a year. Raises and bonuses don’t happen despite performance. The existing reviews suggest there is little intention from leadership to improve these issues
