Cons
Truly the worst senior management I've ever seen. They abandoned the mission and surround themselves with yes men so they can become Pittsburgh's for profit nonprofit. Despite having a union, managers will still try to get you to illegally roll your hours over to the next week to avoid paying overtime. They discourage you from getting to know other departments and forbid you from speaking to the directors. They are the most spineless, risk averse institution that desperately wants to be seen as the trusted voice of science. All they care about is their bottom line, and the exhibits suffer because of it.
