      Good people and mean well, a bit over the top corporate but professional and genuine

      Cons

      Not very open to new approaches. A bit heavy corporate and some fakeness but not more than typical corporate entities of that size

      Pros

      Great people, laid back work, no real high pressure situations. Seems stable in the long run as many employees have decades of tenure, and get moved up relatively quickly.

      Cons

      Return to office, 4 days. Somewhat average pay. Management can be unorganized. Discounted cruise benefit requires being on standby for Carnival only, not the other brands.
