      The crew was like a new family for me, They found the way to make easy the job ambience.

      Cons

      When you stay more than one month far from homeland, you can feel like a bit homesick . Also If you are a foreigner, there are no salary incentives and your body can suffer consequences for a drastic change in your lifestyle and diet.

      Pros

      Great people, laid back work, no real high pressure situations. Seems stable in the long run as many employees have decades of tenure, and get moved up relatively quickly.

      Cons

      Return to office, 4 days. Somewhat average pay. Management can be unorganized. Discounted cruise benefit requires being on standby for Carnival only, not the other brands.
