Pros

Remote work and meeting and establishing relationships with team members. Very diverse company. Only 2 people on HR have had a positive impact on me and have been helpful.

Cons

Extremely low pay for the stress agents deal with on a daily from guest, no support from leadership, you’re only a number and not a person. No opportunities for growth. Never get federal holidays off. Stressful and toxic work environment. You can never take advantage of your cruise perks because you can never get days off. Not a family oriented company even though families cruise with them. They don’t care about their employees or customers opinions. Continue to increase cruise fare rates but not employee pay. High turnover in multiple departments. This JOB has caused so much pain on my mental and physical health and they don’t care. Even if you express yourself and how you’re feeling or where you want to be with the company management doesn’t care. If you aren’t married or family to someone within the company don’t expect growth expect to only be judge by numbers that others give you and not your actual work ethic. As a current employee this was the worst decision I made and wish I could find something better because it is horrible here. I truly regret taking this job and can’t wait to move on once I secure something better and LESS stressful with BETTER pay. There is also no work life balance at all. Horrible FMLA and 401k programs. Don’t expect any bonus's or pay increases because they will only nickel and dime you or not give you anything at all.

Pros

Work from Home Decent Benefits Supportive Leadership

Cons

Long Hours Extremely Low Base Pay No Work/Life Balance I've been with the company for a while. While the adequate rookie guarantee is still available, it seems doable—even fun. Working 6-7 days a week almost makes sense. Once you're working only from the salary plus bookings, it can become quite frustrating. You don't get credit for bookings made online, even if you've spent hours getting them in the cruising mood. You can have a great month in bookings, and it can almost immediately be eviscerated with cancellations. It's hard to feel motivated in the early stages, but if you can work 60+ hours a week for a couple of years, it will eventually pay off.
