      Pros

      The team at Carorbis is small but highly experienced and proficient in their roles. The work culture is great and so are the colleagues. There is a steep learning curve as you learn to take care of your roles and meet respective timelines.

      Cons

      A small team means that you have to take care of multiple things, however, that also works as an advantage in the longer run, making you a responsible employee.

      Pros

      During my tenure so far, I found Carorbis to be an exciting and amazing place workplace. The team is knowledgeable and supportive. The owner is helpful, approachable, and motivating. The marketing manager is a great mentor here. The environment here is relaxed yet comfortable and energetic. They give you ample opportunities for a balanced work-life culture.
