Pros
Several good people that are a positive to the client base. Four weeks of PTO are a plus and holidays off are nice
Cons
Management is hands off. Any problems are your problem. HR will not respond to calls nor be proactive and there will be days of delays at best for answering questions. Training is at the whim of the trainer and expect texts at 10 pm on a weekend. Turn over is high. You are completely disposable. Culture is not what is purported to be.
