Pros
It's better then I hoped when I joined the company. The team is great, paycheck is good, a lot of benefits. The HR department and the people working there are awesome, really focused on the well-being and the improvement of the employee. Working hours are respected, overtime is payed, and working remotely one day per week is just great.
Cons
A lot of departments with a lot of managers, directors, chiefs of something etc and a lot of egos. Some processes are very slow and sometimes impossible to change due to company size and inherent bureaucracy of an old company. Some people have, surprisingly, so little in common with their job titles.
