      Pros

      most people are from neighbour hood, they know each other for long time and work there for long time. If you can accept the 'Limburg' culture, you can get along with them.

      Cons

      typical 'limburg' culture, not very well educated people with not very well acted organization. Work is not very well difned.

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
