      Las posibilidades de aprender. Hay pocas tareas los pasantes y estas son muy básicas. Dejé de trabajar hace unos meses cuando finalizo mi pasantia. Está sobrevalorado el puesto para un estudiante de ingeniería

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
