Racist, Discriminatory & Toxic Company - Senior Manager Carrier Employee Review

Many in management, at Ex. Dir. level display racist tendencies through biases and passive aggressive behaviors. Only one African American on board of directors and less than 8 African American Executives in a company with over 50,000 associates! Ageism, Gender Bias, Discrimination of all types, especially in the BIPOC population is not only condoned but encouraged.
