      Benefits are relatively good. Work life balance is generally respected

      Cons

      HVAC is not safe from layoffs either. It'll stick around because of the climate but the industry is also not the most appealing

      Pros

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
