Supportive GM and Head of Wholesale. The core business and operational side of the company have great energy.

Management openly admits to "not knowing what the team is doing" while encouraging a "reporting" culture where casual staff conversations are monitored and relayed back to leadership. Also, justification on performance is highly unprofessional. HR Director’s management style is deeply concerning. The HR Director creates a culture of fear rather than growth. There is a "gatekeeper" mentality where HR leadership claims the power to veto proposals already signed off by higher management, leading to significant operational frustration.
