Unlimited PTO, DEIJ committees, company gives back to community.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. And thank you for highlighting both the elements that you appreciate about your experience at Carrum and the areas for improvement. As we scale, we are always looking for ways to serve more patients as effectively as possible; recently we’ve reorganized the Patient Care Team structure to do exactly that - to create a more scalable infrastructure for the delivery of patient care. One of the many benefits of this new structure is to focus the workload for the Patient Care Team and provide more opportunities for growth. As you saw in this week’s company-wide communication, Carrum’s annual Performance Review and Compensation Cycle starts this coming Tuesday, and we will review compensation company-wide to ensure it is competitive and equitable as part of that process. We believe in what we do and want to help as many people as possible, and the only way we can continue to expand our reach is if we’re successful as a business - transactions represent individual patients that we help and our ability to scale and help more patients in the future. I’d appreciate the opportunity to work with you directly to address your concerns, so feel free to reach out to me directly, or if you’d like to provide more detailed information about your concerns or ideas for improvement in writing, you can reach out to HR@carrumhealth.com.
