Weak leadership, salary and benefits are poor, the company is inconsistent with annual reviews and increases, and there is little room to advance within the company. Job definitely wasn't as advertised as this company is going away from being a full time interior design firm to more of a data driven space management firm. Too worried about money and not as invested in employee engagement or satisfaction. Lots of frequent turnover which has caused the company loss in talent and consistent performance.
