Pros
Very nice building, standing desks, large windows, amazing gym
Cons
Where do I start. Horrible management, unreasonable hours (sometimes 90+ a week), would get emails and teams message at 10:00 PM to have a new project done by 8:00 AM the next day, fear based culture, feels as if you make one mistakes you will be fired on the spot, no communication on what’s expected of you and when your year end review comes along you will be blindsided, upper level management is very rude and demeaning of everyone below them, new CEO and executive members are pushing out people who have been at the company for decades to make room for their friends who they want to work with, no clear guidance or training, horrible pay for industry, CEO and President have no idea what’s going on, new CFO is amazing he is the only person on the executive team who cares about people other than himself, will fire people randomly, you will come in to work one day and be told your manager got fired and to figure stuff out yourself, no clear promotions, some teams have the same people get promotions and raises multiple times throughout the year while others don’t get any raises, really depends on who your manager is and if they care about you or not because if they don’t then the executives will abuse their power and make you work on anything and everything, SA allegations lawsuit is horrible and everyone is acting like it didn’t happen or that it’s not a big deal because people are scared they will get in trouble, partner offices walk all over us Carson group and can get whatever they want, the partner offices have way better pay, benefits, lifestyle, there are so many more issues to list as well but these are just a couple.
