      GREAT Benefits, It seems that every time I turn around, they improve benefits and add something else. Flexible work schedule, and working from home is great.

      Cons

      Work load is heavy. Communication is often lacking. But they are working on communication improvements.

      Pros

      I am completing 3 years with Cart Pay in this December, 2014 and it was a cultural combustion with people working here from different countries and a great exposure of versatile personalities for a single goal. Its commendable and explicable venture

      Cons

      I cant recall any thing, yes may be a better infrastructure in office like you have in Pay Pal.
