I enjoyed my role and thought that I had some small opportunities for growth.

Unfortunately my time there spanned from the pandemic through the Discovery merger so it was during a contraction of resources. There wasn't much of a possibility for upward mobility or a system for recognition and no way for our management to advocate for us.
