Management really works with your schedule. One of the higher paying jobs in Boone.

Dependent on seasons. Spring is slow, while Summer and Winter are busy.

Casa Rustica is open from 5 to 9/10, but being a fine dining restaurant it's easy to walk home with a few hundred bucks. There is a great staff camaraderie as we all like to hangout after hours.

There are high standards and expectations for the staff at Casa Rustica that aren't always vocalized, so make sure you stay on task and do your job well.
