Pros

They care about their clients a bit more then many similar companies. Competitive pay.

Cons

They claim to offer bonuses but it seems to be dictated by your relationship to the manager more then your work performance. There are too many managers to staff ratio and the will do things lie show up to your house uninvited with a covid test when you try to call in sick or tell you there are no shifts moving forward when you try to set boundaries with your schedule. Or cut your shifts significantly while complaining that they cant cover shifts.

They make full time employees to work at least one weekend day

Pros

Work is rewarding and company if flexible with requests for time off to accommodate family and travel.

Cons

Employer keeps employees at hours that keep them just under the threshold for qualifying for benefits. Very common for an employee to need a second job to be able to afford cost of living in Bellingham. Employees can be put in situations where they are physically at risk from aggressive clients. Employees do a good job with exchanging information about risks with each other, management needs to be more thoughtful in listening to employees about risks.
