Good shop atmosphere. Growing company with some growing pains. Always trying their best to improve processes for employees. Employees that show initiative get noticed. Family grown business.
Cons
Some employees are difficult to work with but that happens everywhere. Growing pains that are being felt at all levels and the process of getting out of them is slow.
