Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We have updated the pictures to include both of our office locations, including our Call Center, located within the same business complex.
Our Call Center kitchenette includes snacks and refreshments available to all employees at no cost. In addition to a fridge and microwave, a Keurig is also available and dispenses hot water for beverages.
Upon notification of a maintenance issue with our central heating and cooling, our Office Manager promptly notified the property owner who quickly (within one day) fixed the issue. We have also requested the impacted hot water dispenser to be replaced; in the interim, multiple hot water sources remain available and accessible for use within the office.
In an effort to reduce unreported maintenance issues our Office Manager will complete daily walk throughs of both office locations and encourage employees to report maintenance issues when they occur.
We value all of our current and former employees’ feedback, which is one reason we encourage (not require) employees to review us.
