My manager was always frustrated I did not understand things when I never was trained on doing them on the first place. I once heard my manager making fun of me in front of me in German with another mamanger, as they didn't know I could understand a little bit. - Very low salaries, and very little benefits - No clear stratetgy, and chaotic structure

It feels like a big family and managers are very flexible on working hours and contracts.

There are not enough senior management that knows how to train and lead employees forward in terms of skills. Budget is also difficult at times
