First of all, there is no standard answer for all posts, we customize according to the improvements we receive since it has helped us work in a lot better way. We will surely look into the concerns raised by you. Please allow us an understanding here to explain that nothing is forced here and only works purely on business intentions and objectives.
And our policies talk about night shift allowance and hope you are aware of it.
And as regards being in the Management team or being a leader, one only realizes when we fit into their shoes since no experience, then no talk should be the motto of everyone's life.
But since you felt this way, we are sure we don't negate this feeling too.
And as you are talking about resignation, it is a common phenomenon everywhere but what is not common with other organizations is that they don't have employees who left them and still feel good about the organization, but we do.
