And as regards being in the Management team or being a leader, one only realizes when we fit into their shoes since no experience, then no talk should be the motto of everyone's life. And as you are talking about resignation, it is a common phenomenon everywhere but what is not common with other organizations is that they don't have employees who left them and still feel good about the organization, but we do.
