This is a great company to work for. They have a very entrepreneurial culture with a very relaxed work atmosphere.

Not much training, need to be self-motivated

Daily interaction with some of the top minds in the junior resource sector. Access to great research and world-class investment minds.

Disproportionately hierarchical and obstructive management with little to no vision from middle managers. Don't know whether they're a research firm, a hedge fund, or a newsletter business. Trying to be all three - with mixed results and a great deal of back-house frustration.
