      Discounts, Full time get insurance, vacation/sick time

      Cons

      Manager doesn't discipline staff at all, just complains about everyone. Budgeted hours keep getting cut, then get yelled at because something isn't done, You can't wait on customers and be in the cooler or outside (maybe salaried managers should pick up some slack, good customer service means you might have to help in the evening.)

      Its close to my home

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
