Pros

Management listens and cares about each employee. All concerns are listened to and addressed every week.

Cons

One accident in a parking lot can get you fired. Pay starts pretty crappy for everything you have to do day to day and you get your schedule for the next day every night.

Pros

This is not a company for the weak-hearted. No matter what role you are hired in you will have a set of duties that must be completed in order for the company to run smoothly. It takes a village. Here are some of the pros in my few years working for this company. Pros: -goal-oriented -expectations of you are made very apparent -hands-on experience, to get you fully acclimated to the company way of life -extremely organized and daily job duties are surprisingly very fun -friendly staff ( you will build life long friendships here) - you will get to work with smart, collaborative leaders that provide great support - If you work hard, you will be recognized for the work you do. -Fun friendly culture

Cons

No company is perfect. This company is growing and evolving (updating technology, growth of new clients, formalizing procedures, etc) that come along with any company. The best person that will fit in and do well in this company is someone that can mold and adapt to the changes. Biggest cons: -goal-driven - the hours are long and not consistent. This is not a 9-5 job. You are done working when the work is done. If you are looking for 40 hours, you will definitely get that here. - Work-life balance is not quite there. - This is a very professional company with very strict rules. This can be a pro and con. If you break those rules or violate the policies and procedures, you will be terminated.
