Pros
Positive co-workers, managers were more of teachers than task-masters, company polices benefited the staff, great lunch breaks, and just an all around great place to work.
Cons
Hours of work, working on recognized holidays (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day), and scheduling was not very flexible.
