Pros

None. The founder and owner thinks they own you, make you sit 10-11 hours, give no work and have un-necessary meetings all the time, Fab career waste opportunity.

Cons

1. They dont have any plans to do anything and hence have been a stagnant company for 10 years with no successful or unsuccessful product/launch ever 2. They hire people aimlessly and make them do random things to try and keep them occupied. Mostly 90% of the times all employees are wither on facebook etc or getting bored. 3. All ideas suggestions are rejected and meetings go on for 5-6 hours and conclusion is always one : NOTHING. People who really have some good ideas r want to apply their brains are asked to not speak at all, sometimes the owner/founder will also just take offence to good ideas 4. Its the perfect place to give a very big dent on your career. 5. Hats off to the founder, never seen someone like him, and has ruined the culture emmensely single handedly. 6. Dont pay the vendors, lie to all interviewees, vendors, people who come to visit, friends who are bought in to help 7. Employees are potrayed as the villian and sole reason why company is not working Best for last 8. The one thing founder loves is talking negatively about one employee to another behind their back (gossiping). And this can go on for longer that 3 hours. Ask me, I have been on recieving end of such sessions. 9. Keeps harping on culture but is the sole reason why culture is disasterous (P.S -Founder is going to read this and in bewilderment ask people how they can sue me for the review :P) (PPS - Recent statement by founder - we are better than (the worlds largest search engine) and (india's most popular chatting app) because at-least we do charity (i dont know if by charity they mean the latest business idea they got which is also just in their heads) I salute you. They also think they have the best technology in the world (lmao)

Pros

None worth mentioning at all

Cons

The company attempts to aggressively sell a product that is not market-ready, not fully built, and not operationally supported. Instead of focusing on developing a viable product and building proper infrastructure, leadership prioritizes optics and revenue targets detached from reality. There is constant pressure to “sell first, figure it out later,” with no clear fulfillment plan, no structured operations, and no reliable partnership ecosystem. Potential partners are approached with unrealistic expectations — often being asked to allocate budget without a compelling value proposition or proven product performance. Strategic direction shifts frequently and appears to be driven by ego rather than data or market feedback. Constructive input from team members is routinely dismissed, even when backed by operational logic. Alternative strategies are ignored in favor of pushing a singular narrative that lacks feasibility. There is no clear roadmap for product development, partnership acquisition, or sustainable scaling. Execution gaps are severe, yet accountability at the top is nonexistent. Teams are left to absorb the fallout of decisions that were made without proper planning or understanding of ground realities. The disconnect between leadership vision and actual execution is extreme. Morale suffers due to instability, unrealistic demands, and a persistent refusal to acknowledge structural flaws. This is not a startup in “early experimentation mode.” It is an environment where ambition is not matched with preparation, strategy, or humility.

Pros

Small organisation with strong team management and understanding, multiple options to build your internal knowledge, and upper management are very supportive.

Still unable to remember it.
