To give my most objective answer; if you are looking for a career and company that walks the walk and doesn't just talk the talk - this is the place to be. Hard work and dedication should be expected here, and unlike some other companies, employees are taken care of, very well. I won't reveal all the benefits, perks, and bonuses here - but they are more than generous to say the least.

None come to mind. The innovation, passion, and incredible culture that has been built into this company is evident from day one. For me personally, on day one - I knew I would never want to leave this place.

Travel, working on the water, management was usually good. A lot of room for growth.

Extended time away from home, long hours, schedule can be unpredictable.
