      Good Insurance (medical, vision, dental), perks, nice product discount, remote work

      Cons

      Long hours (evening and weekend shifts), Some co-workers who don't contribute 100%, low pay, can get a lot of rude customers via phone/email.

      Pros

      The people on the People team are amazing. The work life balance was fabulous and there was a great culture of trusting that people will get their work done

      Cons

      The new management is very old school. Removing benefits made it hard to stay when you are the one communicating those benefits to employees.
