Management changes direction every month, no communication about important issues, refuse to put salary/commission plans in a written offer (so that they can change later). Never deliver on planned products so that the company can stay competitive.

Top manager basically don't care about their employees well-being. The amount of vacation is ridiculous, the wages are ridiculously low in the marketing department. Building are old and falling down
