Pros
This is a family owned auto franchise-it is a family friendly atmosphere for all employees. It is a great place to work , especially, if you are fortunate enough to work for Sheri, the Office Manager,of both dealerships. Customer service was number one priority, and we all strived to achieve high District ratings for our customer, and we did. We did it as a team and we all felt pride as Mr. Castle and his son, Joe,were doing better and better. They always reflected their satisfaction in us, in so many different ways-I can't relate. I retired in 2010 and I miss it very much. It was a very good Job.
Cons
Odd holiday hours, a lot of stress at the month close. This is normal in an Auto dealership.
