Senior leadership not supportive, longevity not a priority, favoritism, top heavy company, have to fight for pay while upper management very well compensated, promotions made that are undeserving, gossiping is huge part of corporate office, would never recommend or work there again, everything is about looks and social media looking good but reality is things are covered up. Was a much better company under Donnelly leadership.
