      Changing people's lives and creating the American dream for people. Having the ability to run a community and manufacture my income by using my strengths as a professional to find ways to place the right person in the right home. The management is very supportive and does whatever they need to make things happen.

      Cons

      The market can be both supportive and challenging. The good times can be really good, and the down times are where you need to step back and evaluate how to make things happen.
