Pros

A good stepping stone to get into the industry Some really great people working here. Good stepping stone into the pharma and biotech industry, get to see what goes on behind the scenes with drug development.

Cons

Low pay, mediocre benefits, absolutely no training, weak leadership, company cares more about revenue and costs than customer satisfaction and patient safety. Some managers and directors won't allow you to join their teams because they have personal bias against you. Strong internal talents get overlooked for growth, only for someone externally (with not a whole lot of experience in operations, and not used to working in a fast paced environment) to be hired-- internal talents are used to plug in holes. The turnover rate is outrageous, training is weak at best, and management either doesn't have the time to spend time on your development or just doesn't care. The whole organization needs a readjustment and it starts all the way up with the CEO and his entourage of failures.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Cons

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
